Three calls a week, built in
You’ve used three calls a week for the last month. The third one keeps arriving as an add-on, which means it gets priced after the fact — right when you least want to be doing math. Building it into the plan costs less than paying for it call by call, and takes the question off the table.
When each week’s calls expire
Every week runs Monday to Saturday. Whatever you haven’t used by Saturday closes with that week — it doesn’t move forward into the next one. No calls or Slack on Sundays.

Month one runs September 13 to October 13, month two October 13 to November 13. The week of October 12 straddles the changeover and counts to month one.
How you’d like to handle it
Your base plan of $2,997/month is already paid through November 13. These amounts cover the balance above and, if you want it, the third weekly call.
How it works
- Calls are used within the same week. Monday through Saturday, expiring Saturday. No calls and no Slack on Sundays. Sessions don’t carry over or roll forward — the week is the container, and that’s what keeps the structure doing its job.
- The third call is there when you need it, not scheduled. Your two standing sessions stay as they are. The third is yours to call on in the week it belongs to.
- No refunds on unused calls. What you’re paying for isn’t only the sessions — the plan includes Slack access Monday to Saturday, up to 30 minutes a day, which runs whether or not a call gets used.
- Your $2,997/month base plan is already paid for both months, September 13 through November 13. Nothing here re-bills it.
- This is strictly to accommodate your current frequency. It’s not a permanent change to the plan. We’ll look at it again at renewal and set it to whatever the work actually needs then.
- Beyond three calls in a week, additional sessions remain $197 each.
